Quickle Money

Consent to Electronic Communications

Effective date: [effective date] · [Quickle Money legal entity name], doing business as Quickle Money

Quickle Money operates entirely online, so we rely on electronic records instead of paper. This page explains what that means and confirms your consent, under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and Texas law, to transact with us electronically.

What this covers

By applying online, you agree that we may deliver disclosures, notices, your CAB agreement and loan contract, fee schedules, payment reminders, statements, and any other communication related to your application or account electronically — by posting them in the member portal, emailing them to you, or texting you a link, rather than mailing paper. Your electronic signature on any of these documents carries the same legal effect as a signature on paper.

Your right to a paper copy

You can request a paper copy of any electronic communication at no charge by contacting us using the details below. We'll mail it to the address on file for your account.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time, also by contacting us below. If you withdraw consent before completing an application, we won't be able to continue processing it online and you'll need to apply another way. If you withdraw consent after your loan is active, it won't cancel or change your existing loan terms — we'll simply switch to mailing future notices and statements to you in paper form, and may charge a reasonable fee for doing so where permitted by law.

Keeping your contact details current

Electronic delivery only works if we can reach you. You agree to keep the email address and mobile number on your account current, and to notify us promptly — through the member portal or by contacting us below — whenever either one changes.

What you'll need

To receive and view electronic communications from us, you'll need a device with internet access, a current web browser capable of 128-bit (or higher) encrypted connections, an active email account, and either a printer or enough storage space to save documents you want to keep. If our system requirements change in a way that affects your ability to receive communications, we'll notify you in advance.

Changes to this consent

We may update the terms of this consent from time to time; we'll notify you of material changes before they take effect.
